A receiver appointed by a Cypriot court in arbitration proceedings commenced to preserve the assets in Russia

Our lawyers advised a receiver appointed by a Cypriot court with the aim of preserving the assets located in Russia from dissipating. The work on this project included representing the receiver before Russian commercial courts and the courts of general jurisdiction and negotiating with the shareholders, who were involved in a corporate dispute.
